Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.
In a life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and outline how you can hold yourself accountable in achieving your goals.
The length of a life coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few weeks, while others may last a few months. A coaching program should not be confused with therapy, and is intended to provide a short burst of inspiration to present day challenges.
We offer a range of coaching programs ranging from individual, to couples to corporate. We specialize in training other coaches, individual goal oriented life coaching, couples coaching, financial coaching (Dave Ramsey certified), and we love developing custom programs to meet YOUR goals and needs!

The difference between a life coach and a therapist lies in the work that will be done. A therapist has an advanced degree and license to practice therapy, and will focus on a patient's mental health, and emotional healing from trauma. A life coach typically has a coaching certificate, and focus' on helping a client set and achieve goals. Therapy is typically covered under insurance, while coaching services are paid entirely out of pocket.
When should you see a therapist?
When to see a life coach?
Whomever you decide is best for you, make sure you have a good fit. A therapist AND coach both should make you feel supported, listen to you, and ensure you do not feel judged.
